Returns

Unfortunately returns will not be accepted for orders that are lost in transit through the mail system or products that are damaged in transit. It is out of our control as to what happens to merchandise once it leaves our store front. This is an issue that would have to be brought  with USPS by filing a claim https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

IF there is an issue with product quality we can replace the item(s) after pictures are sent to us via email within 7 days of the delivery date at designsbymelshop@gmail.com

We will NOT refund or remake ANY products from customer error. This includes but not limited to; soaking cups, using the dishwasher to clean products, not following ALL directions on the care card that came with your cup purchase, misuse of any product etc.
